Xypex Thailand was selected to provide remedial and waterproofing solutions to the school’s saltwater pools. Xypex Concentrate was specified to treat the concrete of the pools, protecting it from chloride attack. The treated areas were then cured with Xypex Gamma Cure to avoid time delays and return to pool to service as quickly as possible.

In addition, repairs were made to the water trough of the larger pool, construction joints, and pipe penetrations in the surge tank, using Xypex Patch’n Plug and Xypex Megamix II.

Xypex’s performance-based solutions successfully remediated and waterproofed the pool structures, fulfilling the asset owner’s requirements along with adding durability and extending the structures service life.
