The central management building of the Dhammakaya Foundation is designed to showcase the technical complexities of building a sphere in concrete.

The globe and ancillary structures have an intended design life of 100 years plus. Xypex Thailand systems were selected to provide the waterproofing of the structure which would aid the added durability and reduced maintenance costs required by the design concept. Xypex Admixtures and Coatings were installed in the floor and roof slabs, podiums and bathrooms.
