Ideo Mobi Condominium

The Ideo Mobi Condominium complex offers a wide variety of modern facilities including, a rooftop swimming pool and garden, gym and living areas.

To meet the requirements of the Asset Owner in extending the service life along with enhancing the durability of the structure, Xypex Concentrate was specified to treat the water tank, wastewater tank, retention tank and lift pits of the complex.

Protection to the swimming pool structure was also required to prevent chlorine attack against the concrete from the water purification chemicals. Through coating the structure with Xypex Concentrate, any further maintenance of the swimming pool structure was reduced.

Construction joint waterproofing systems were also installed for this project, sealing over 800 metres in length using our Superswell 47b and Xypex Concentrate products.
