After previous successful outcomes on projects with the Ideo Group and Ananda Developments, Xypex Thailand were chosen to provide waterproofing and durability solutions to several areas of their newest project.

Xypex Concentrate was the ideal solution for waterproofing and protection of the water tanks, due to its non-toxic and eco-friendly characteristics; it complies with standard AS/NZS 4020:2005 which makes the product safe for use with potable water. The wastewater and retaining tanks were also treated with Xypex Concentrate. In addition, to ensure leak protection in the concrete construction joints, the tanks were sealed with Superswell 47b. As confirmed in testing, our product has the capacity to resist aggressive chemical and acid attack which is crucial for wastewater tank protection.

Following the application of the coating system, all treated areas were cured with Xypex Gamma Cure to avoid time delays to the construction schedule.
