Xypex Systems were approved to meet the low maintenance requirements of the newly built Sindhorn Midtown Hotel, Bangkok. Through the use our highly efficient waterproofing solutions, Xypex Thailand were specified to be used in the basement structures, water tanks, wastewater treatment tanks, lift pits, swimming pools and roof slabs of the project.

Along with meeting the low maintenance requirements, the use of Xypex solutions also provided an enhancement in durability and the service the life of the structure, protection from aggressive chemicals within the wastewater treatment tanks, and self-heal crack capabilities.
