Stonehill Golf Club

A new prestigious Golf Club, called “Stonehill” in Pathum Thani, was created to promote sports tourism in Thailand. Xypex Thailand was proud to be introduced to the contractor on this development through the project consultant, and we were eventually selected to provide the crystalline waterproofing systems to protect this new projects concrete assets.

Initially, over 700 meters of construction joints were treated and sealed using our Xypex FCM80, specifically designed for repairing moving cracks or protection flexible joints. Following the work, the concrete structures in the garden zone were treated with Xypex Concentrate coating. The total area treated was over 1,200m² of concrete substrates. After the main product application, the curing process was completed using Xypex Gamma Cure to guarantee an efficient curing process and avoid any construction schedule delays. Xypex Crystalline Technology benefits become an integral part of the structures and provides self-healing cracks capabilities (up to 0.5 mm).

Xypex waterproofing systems have successfully protected the concrete structures from any potential leaks, thus enhancing the service life and durability of the structures as set out by the Asset owner.
