System Upgrade Solutions BKK Company (SUS BKK)

The construction of a new building for System Upgrade Solutions BKK Company (SUS BKK), situated in Amata City Chonburi, was carried out by the leading contractor under a turnkey project. The contractor had previous experience working with Xypex Thailand which lead to being engaged to install the waterproofing system for the client’s manufacturing facilities.

To tackle all problems associated with the construction in the aggressive subsoils of the coastal region, Xypex Concentrate was specified to install over 450m2 of the machine pits and underground water tanks to ensure leak protection. Additionally, the technology in Xypex products give the Asset protection from the corrosion of reinforcement bars, due to the chloride ingress from the subsoils. 

Following the application of the coating system, all treated areas were cured with Xypex Gamma Cure to ensure the curing process was done properly and to avoid time delays to the construction schedule.

Xypex performance-based solutions have enhanced the service life extension and sustainability of the structure beyond the original requirement.
